Destroying all stars in the universe

We know that destroying all the stars in the universe is 4-A, but a while ago this thread was made and there were questionings about it:

Something about creating them being 3-B and destroying them being, which is a bit weird as Weekly said and the way Azzy typed; he found it a bit strange too in the thread above. Shouldn't destroying all the stars in the universe be much higher.

Another question, if you could control the power of all the stars in the universe, what tier would that be
 
Yeah it honestly doesn't make any sense to consider destroying all stars as less than 3-B when you consider what a galaxy is to begin with.

this is just a general question of destroying all the stars in the universe. Nothing but the stars.

Like Ben said, what a Galaxy is in general, it sounds really weird that destroying all of the stars is anything less than 3-B
 
Like, if you had like some method of universal range telekinesis and could blow apart each individual star then it would not be akin to an omnidirectional explosion. Depends on the method since something like wrenching apart every star in the entire observable universe individually at once with telekinesis wouldn't neccessarily mean you'd need to account for inverse square law since its not a single localized event over a distance, its a billion trillion localized events. If its an energy / physical wave or something that spreads out from a single localized event as it should irl then that'd mean you could logically account for inverse square law assuming it actually is treated that way.

Depends also if we are talking about a finite universe too (i hope we are) ig since destroying / pushing around the mass in a universe with infinite amount of matter / stars / planets would also reach high 3-A.
