Destoroyah being just 5-B it's because of his Perfect form, not adressing the other forms which are clearly not that level. so it should be

Key: Microscopic Form | Juvenile Form | Aggregate Form/Flying Form | Perfect Form

Microscopic Form: Below Average Human level (Is a microsopic being)

Juvenile Form: Wall level (Was able to kill many soldiers during their rampage)

Aggregate Form/Flying Form: Island level+ (Was overpowering and almost killed Godzilla Jr.)

his Perfect form is still Planet level

and, that's it.

Also Godzilla Jr third key should be Planet level due to survive Destroyah blows from his third form.

Jr fought with Flying and Aggregate Destroyah and Jr beated him in both forms.

He definitely scales!

Wait, why they are Island level+ to Planet level?

Aggregate Destroyah can hurt Burning Godzilla, and Jr destroyed Aggregate Destroyah therefore via scaling Jr is Planet level.

But no Island+ to Planet level.... just Planet level.

Second key Jr has inded Island level+ durability...

You had to change the third key durability to planet level.
