Paracausality in general should probably come with Law Manipulation. Currently there's two scans which are used as evidence for Sword Logic users having this ability, but they seem to attribute it to paracausality in general.

The Inquisition of Self ability should lose Information Manipulation, its Conceptual Manipulation should be changed to Type 3 and Souls in Destiny should be treated as Type 3 Concepts.
- Years ago I got Information Manipulation added because this ability can manipulate the essences of beings, but the scans can all be explained as Conceptual Manipulation and don't fit the Information Manipulation criteria.
- I think this ability got added before the current Type 3 Conceptual Manipulation became a thing. Either way the essences of beings are clearly personal 'concepts', rather than universal ones:
