I am doing a terminal velocity calculation which involves being in outer space, one of the values requires "Density of Fluid" which is (ρ), I was wondering, what would be the density of fluid in outer space since it is a near vacuum?

The same as it is on a planet. The only things that affect density are mass and volume.
