Rayquaza is at least 1.35 Yotta-Tons (because this is where planet+ starts from), likely higher

It's not that big of a gap plus Rayquaza can amp both it's power and speed with Dragon dance

I think it's just relying on his AP and limited dura neg aspect of gravity when he uses attacks like gravity cannon or black sky

He'll counter projectile type attacks from rayquaza due to anti-gravity
