Does Mundus having resistence to something like Time Power??

Time Power is a conceptual type 1 and informational type 2 power that DMC no longer has as far as I know.
But they said that Demigra is one of the worst users of time power and has no passive things.
So Demigra would be affected by the madness hax before killing Mundus, negating his regenerations, etc.
