She isnt negging it, she is converting it to chakra, that is like saying she negs the ransengan she just absorbs it as chakra...

Forcefields wont work. If her reishi touches the forcefield it turns the forcefield into a bomb itself which would hurt ryoko but ig she survives through regen and flight idk.
 
Her regen would be enough if not for the soul destroying effects all Quincy attacks have. Assuming she can somehow resist Bambi would need to nuke too overcome the regen.
 
ryuko city wide aoe shockwaves should be able to stop the explosion, rather catch it and turn the shockwaves into explosion i think shes fine
 
the fact that bambi goes from shouting to having a massive explosion covering a large part of a city within a single panel means that I doubt anyone without really good precog is getting out the way in time.
 
ok im voting for everyone who doesnt have good precog or evade abilities, its a soul based attack aswell it one shots everyone basically

Okay, if shockwaves are enough to no-sell her then chrona and crome die, ryuko and erza might make it through shockwave, big mom makes it through precog + shockwave and Delta by absorbing.
