How far back can Ben’s Memory Eraser go? The Time Rewinder and the Memory Eraser is pretty much Ben’s only shot, as he’s getting one-shot. In fact, Frisk is far faster via Supersonic Speed vs Unknown Speed, so they may very well Blitz if Speed’s unequal.
The only wincon I see for Ben is really just Freezing Time forever, however that will also Incon him as he won’t be able to ever take down Frisk, as even if they kill them their SOUL remains. He could also just erase all of Frisks Memories, but that may not work as Determination just needs the Will to keep Living- if Frisk still has that, they can still LOAD backwards to normal. I’m also not sure if it’d work because they keep their memories from their own LOADs, but that could just be Acausality.

Alright, so. The Memory Eraser only goes back a Day according to the Scan, and requires you to be looking at it. Chances are he‘s not weaponizing that thing before Frisk gets him with a solid attack at Supersonic Speeds after a Thought-Based SAVE. Clear Mind could also potentially remove that.
So his only real option is to permanently freeze Time, leaving Frisk stuck in Place. Wonder If Frisk could potentially LOAD in Stopped Time, I’ll have to check.
Edit: Either way, at this moment, Frisk wins via Subsonic Speed Blitzing, Versatility and one-shotting Ben. After all, there’s pretty much nothing Ben has that can leave a lasting effect on Frisk. Heck, there‘s even the potential of breaking the Time Rewinder via Heat Ups or Cool Downs directed at it.

Ben's speed is unknown. We can't assume that ben is slower because he does not have any speed feats. I do think Frisk takes it for reasons above though.

I think it’s usually assumed someone is slower when going against Unknown speed, unless the other character is, like, Average speeds or something.

Frisk should blitz, since they scale above Supersonic speed, but on an unknown degree, while Ben is featless in speed.
Also, the mind eraser seems like to need to press a button to be used, and that's still too slow to be activated in such a gap.
Also, the Reality Warping is ineffective due to Frisk tanking it.
So I don't really see Ben winning this
