Shedder apparently blitz Leonardo who is Supersonic+. Speed needs to be equalized to make this fight fair. (Izuku still loses though, his AP advantage doesn't mean much to Shredder's superior skill and claws)

How far into 9-A is the Shredder? Skill won't mean anything if you're many dozens of times weaker then your opponent.

He's equal to a guy who's superior to the combined might of four guys that can harm a guy that tanked a 0.09 Tons explosio in a weaker form.

tl;dr Above 0.09 tons to an unknown but great extent.

I just remember that Izuku has Building level to Building level+ durability. I'm assuming that this is beginning of series Izuku (Because of the picture) so his dura is just Building level.
