Deku FRA. In case anyone brings up resurrection, it only works when a player has collected the Infinity Gauntlet. And even if it was combat applicable, Deku could just...incap.

For the record, Deku's AP is actually 8.208 Tons. Tiny Nitpick but that's what his 5% Mutliplied by 1.6× is.
