So how does Deku stand a chance when he has basically no combat experience at this point with little to no control of his quirk which also cripples him?

I mean if we let Deku have access to 100% of One For All then Deku could MAYBE win via 1 shotting.

Hm, one option is if John self-destructs accidentally by using One for all at 100% without being ready for it.

He can't copy One For All because Deku has resistance to Power Absorption, All For One can't steal it. Although I suppose copying it is different but still.
