Iron Man easily, he stalemated Hal Jordan for multiple pages during Unlimited Access and even broke one of his constructs not to mention when Stark had this armor he abused magnetism capable of trapping Hulk, Thor, and Namor. The Golden avenger/model 1 armor also had impressive magnetism feats like that.
