Deku fights Omni-Man... again (DB! Izuku VS DB! Omni-Man)

So this is a remake of this fight, except Deku actually has an 8-A key capable of fighting with Omni-Man in CQC now. However, to make things interesting, I'll use the 2024 Omni-Man instead.

anyways here are the rules:

1. Deku with Fa Jin and Gearshift is being used and Omni-Man is in his 2024 Key from OmniBardock, both are 8-A. Deku can enter Plus Ultra if he wants to.
2. Speed is Equalized.
3. SBA applies for everything else.
