How exactly do decibels translate to joules and AP?

I’m mainly wondering because of DCEU Batman, who is given Low 7-B due to having 300 decibel sound wave emitters, but nothing on the profile indicates how that would be Low 7-B or how far into the tier that is.

It's more often comparable to watts/m^2, aka (Joules/s)/m^2. But I know Decibels are based of logarithmic formula, were going from 300 to 310 is actually 10x more intense, and a Decibel 10 is 10x more than 0. But some details are here.
And using this calculator, 300 Decibels translates to 1000000000000000000 w/m^2. Which translates to 239.005736138 Megatons per second per cubic meter. But I think surface area might also need to be taken into account.
