Cool, and you can't prove that Flowey can affect all of it, because hive minds are not a thing in UT, so what you know is "Flowey can destroy the guy in front of him in body, mind and soul".

And again, you haven't proved once that Flowey has the necessary AoE. You know what happens when a 3-A with building sized AoE tries to bust Earth? They make a building sized crater. Same here. That hive mind includes things at the edge of the universe.

Yeah, it's normal when the thing is not from UT. Kyubey doesn't follow UT rules. Verse equalization doesn't suddenly means that he starts working differently.

Also yeah, Asriel. Tell me more about how a character vastly above Flowey was affecting all the SOULs at once. Oh wait, Frisk had to go out of their way and save everyone individually
