Legit the only way ORT can win is if DP wasn't able to affect him, which turns into a stomp in the other direction

Well it is sort of unfair for ORT, we barely know anything about ORT. It barely appears in the franchise, much less fight, and this includes most of the Ultimate ones in the nasuverse. So we don't really know the true full scope of it's abilities.
