It's one thing to read about a character on a profile written for them on a wiki like this, and quite another to actually see them in action to know how they fight.

Okay. Well, Whisper range-spams with her Variable Wispon, the functions of which can be viewed in her Power & Abilities section and her Notable Attacks/Techniqes section.

It doesn't seem like Whisper has anything that can get past Deadpool's healing factor, so he may just outlast her.

Well, Whisper only uses precision based attacks so she can't destroy all of Deadpool's cells in time, so Range spam may not cut it. However, those swords are a different story so Whisper could just disarm Deadpool by range spamming his hands and likely cut his legs. So I would say inconclusive to Deadpool winning. Just note Deadpool has a ridiculous healing factor.
