Well, the Spy would certainly start by turning himself invisible (or using another of his many stealth abilities) and backstabbing Deadpool. His backstab is considered to ignore durability, so Deadpool would die. The problem is that Deadpool has high-mid Regenerationn (and immortality type 2 and 3, even if it is not listed on his profile) and has already survived to similar lethal injuries. Yet i still vote for the Spy, since his backstab is not regarded as a ordinary melee attack but more as a sort of one-shot hax, so i assume that it would instantly kill Deadpool regardless of type 2 immortality; and since he has not shown the abillty to resurrect via Regenerationn, he would stay dead.

I'm fairly certain that it would make it past any Immortality that isn't reliant, but where is it on his profile?
