DC Comics - PC Superman Speed Justification Revision

This feat. Superboy was explicitly travelling through time through sheer speed and Superman believed he could keep up with him. Them travelling through time also didn't take an instant (or less than an instant) from Superman's perspective, so its an immeasurable reaction feat since he reacted to it. He does say Superboy was moving FTL, but merely moving FTL isn't enough to time travel in DC otherwise you'd see every FTL being moving through time, and Superman didn't necessarily say he's travelling through time because he's FTL

So this feat should be removed since immeasurable speed Superman obviously won't get accepted
