No im aware theres an instance it took him 26 minutes to get to earth, i wanna know if he explicitly noted it was max speed.

Watch Dragon Ball Super For Free On *********.to episode 23 at 8:05 whis says it takes 35 minutes, it was the movie where he said 26 minutes, this was in a dire situation for them, so whis would have used full speed, this also finally proves that movies aren't even canon to the regular anime

Battle Of God and Rof have been retconned for years, thats nothing new.

And does he say it's at his full speed or not?

well he didn't have to say that he used full speed, he said it'd take 35 minutes, so really he is implying full power.

also when has BOG and ROF been retconned.

Dude, him saying it'd take 35 minutes when on seperate occassions he's taken diferent lengths of time to get to earth means nothing, especially since when he did say he went full speed it was far faster, let alone the other instances where it took him less time.

And earlier in the show it took him less time too, about 22 minutes.
