This is DBH crt for Fu And Mechikabura (too lazy for Hyperlinked their profiles)
According to the new Saga of "big bang mission" in both anime, manga, arcade Fu creates his own Universe which is Space-time continuum through combining the powers of Mechikabura (TPU) and Toki Toki (Aka Pseudo Universe/Copied Universe).
And through that comes the interesting information that the entire History/Space-time of this Pseudo-Universe isn't just a copy of Universe 7 but also connects to the history of Universe 7 by Acquiring a Piece of it. Accidentally turned the Fake Universe (created by Fu) from an empty spacetime instead of the "real universe" (Mean it's literally empty and nothing, in past, present, future of that universe) gradually becoming a complete/real universe by copying Universe 7 and becoming its "Voodol doll" (ie "two being one").
In other words, the entire histories and Spacetime (Past/Present/Future) of these two Universes has been connected and being distorted together, forcing them to copy each other. For example: You destroy a building in the Fake universe, the corresponding building in universe 7 will be destroyed equally (applies for anything throughput Past/Present/Future of Universe 7, even Life forms) , and the copy universe gets closer to becoming a complete version of Universe 7, from an empty spacetime and then everything of universe 7 (except living things although their creations still exist) formed until life forms (mortals) were spawned throughout that Universe/spacetime That is like the Original universe (U7), those Life Forms are also "Voodol dolls" with their respective versions of U7.(3:20 onwards)
It is also implied by Red Masked Saiyan (Black) that This Process is the very Laws of Copied Universe (Law manipulation).
So Fu will get all of the abilities listed below. The only one that scales to him is Mechikabura (and Maybe Toki Toki if it has profile, maybe Demigra would due he absorbed it?), however it is only "Possibly" for him due to Fu combining with the power of Toki toki to perform that feat, so we don't know if Mechi can perform this Feat or not
Body Puppetry , Damage Transferal and Power mimicry via Law Manipulation, Causality manipulation, Void manipulation, Space-time Manipulation (Fu can mess things up, even the entire universe by turning their entire History/Spacetime (past, present and future) into an empty/Non-Existence one as opposed to real/existing one as its finished version, then force them to Exist as a Incomplete copy, Voodoo doll of the entire history of anything original whether objects, living things even the entire universe and anything/everything in it , just by getting a piece of the original thing. This process is the very laws of copy version, as well as connecting and bending both the copy and original history, forcing the copy to become more and more version with full aspects and details of the original which it copied, while the original one was forced to mirror/reflecting any damage and state of the copied version onto itself)
