Seems like quite a close match with Darwin potentially cutting off any manner of mental influence with his adaptation, but Dark Meng's intel would be extra damn tricky to get passed even if Darwin were to intellectually amend alongside the very fact Darky can summon those hunting horrors. Unless Darwin is going to take mean ass chunk off of a Dog of Nyarlathotep and adapts to do some crazy *****, I don't see him pulling very far in the long term of things.

My vote is currently out to the Man in Black.

Oh yeah, Hunting Horrors probably make this a stomp (High 8-C adapating soul eating hive mind monsters that they are)

I'll restrict them.

Leaning to Inconclusive honestly, Darwin is a tad too fast on his feet (even if its not by an extreme measure) but it proves a bit moot since Dark himself would most likely keep on guard with predicting his movements and turning intangible at set intervals to avoid damage.

Even if Darwin adapted psychologically/informationally it would still be a tad bit difficult to decide.
