Okay, so they both upscale from a Starry Sky feat by some large but unquantifiable measure so I'll just assume they're even, maybe Sephiroth has a bit of an edge but whatever. How does he deal with Soul Edge passively corrupting him just by being near him and from any potential hits it makes on him, turning him into a Malfested for Vader to control? This isn't even mentioning all the Layered Hax within Soul Edge and Soul Calibur that **** with Souls and Minds.
