If Sidious gets an "At least 4-B" rating, could Caedus and LotF Luke get an "At least 4-B, possibly higher" as NJO Luke who is on par with Sidious was stated by Jaina to be less than 1/4th of LotF Luke in power and Caedus would somewhat scale to Luke?

Actually, shouldn't DE Sidious (and those who scale to/above him) be 3-C? Sidious was stated to know every Force ability up to that point, meaning he should know the Nathemic Ritual that Valkorion knew.

His Force drain should also have greater potency than Nihilus' drain which has two 4-A, eventually 3-C statements.

The 4-A and 3-C statements of Nihilus have been discussed before. His general showings and context indicate that he will lay waste to the galaxy over time, not in one go, devouring planet after planet to sate his hunger.
With Vitiate, we at least have animations (of a Force Vision) showing him devastating the galaxy.

I believe that was also brought up and rejected as he never had feats demonstrating those levels. And Sidious was already dead by the time anyone higher than 4-B was introduced.

Okay... it seems kinda weird to put Sidious above Vitiate and have a note that he knows every Force ability on his profile but reject him knowing the Nathemic Ritual, but alright then.
