Darkseid is "At least 2-C, likely 2-A", so Thanos should take this with the gauntlet. In his other form Darkseid is "4-B to 3-B", so I guess Darkseid takes this fight. Over all Darkseid hax seems to be better (Time Manipulation, BFR, ...) while Thanos has better regen.

I go with darkseid for their base form and with thanos in their higher versions.

"At least" and "Likely" doesn't affect the battle, since they're both 2-A versions in this fight.

It's unsure if the 2A feat is legit, hence the likely, so that doesn't mean much.

Durability negation combined with soul manipulation, time manipulation, Void Manipulation and BFR should give Darkseid the slight win.
