Dark matter

What is manipulating dark matter considered?
It does not emit, absorb, or reflect light.
It constitutes about 27% of the total energy-matter content of the universe.
It does not interact with electromagnetic forces, only with gravity (possibly through weak gravitational interactions).
It maintains the cosmic structure — without dark matter, galaxies would rotate too quickly and fall apart.
Manipulating dark energy would result in being unable to interact with light (or other electromagnetic radiation), which theoretically makes up the majority of the universe’s mass.
Such users are usually capable of creating weapons, controlling gravity, or altering existential structures through matter that cannot normally be detected.
