It's more of a result of it's type 8. Even should it be completely destroyed (Including it's incorporeal state) it'll simply return and coming back from soul, mind and/or metaphysical destruction is mid-godly.
Tbh the Dark Matter profile (Like many Pokémon profiles) is woeful outdated and is missing some P&A but yeah some more citations would be helpful (Considering it's one of the two reasons Arceus has mid-godly).
