You know I just realized.
The Dark Dragon can end the concept of evil (Bowser is pretty much evil btw, but not that much, but he still counts as being in the Evil alignment)

He can completely erase the concept of evil from the universe if the one who wakes him is good of heart.
In the scenario given by the OP, Mario has a pure heart, so Dark Dragon's first move would be to wake up and wipe out everything evil in the universe, including Bowser.
Since he erases the actual abstract concept of evil, it might be Type 3 or 2. It isn't specified in his profile on what exact type of concept manipulation it has though, so I'm just speculating.

Dark Dragon in currently in the lead, and we were speculating on what type of Conceptual Manipulation the Dark Dragon has (Type 1, 2, 3, or 4?).

As for concept manipulation, no idea. Though beings such as Giygas, who's a Type 1 Abstract, would be affected by this (hopefully that helped).
