Daredevil (Marvel Cinematic Universe) vs. Ozymandias

Speed equalized?

Then this is a tough one. I think that Ozy is stronger, if he lands a hit he could seriously hurt Matt. Again though, with speed equalized, I doubt Matt will get hit. I'd say inconclusive.
