How many times stronger is Donte compared to Dante? Also Dante regens. :V
 
7x stronger probably, baseline 7B is already 6.3x stronger the baseline Low 7B which Dante isn't.
 
I don't know about that PTS, I think Dante can pull it off if he uses his skills properly. On the other hand Dante has more variance in his set. So I think Dante can win with that, but that's if Dante uses it to the fullest. We might be able to say that Dante with his personality could slip up because of that but then again that might be the case for the other Dante. On the other hand you can say Dante really doesn't slip up even with his confidence.
 
Then would it be fair to allow Dante his Sparda Devil Trigger? He'd still be in base form at the start though, so it'd be a guess as to who'd come through first. I don't think Donte would one shot since Dante can regen from it....

For Reboot Dante, noticeably in Vergil 's final boss battle in the Vergil Downfall.

Alongside that gigantic explosion he made afterwards.


Are there any haxx for either that dictates a quick finish for either btw?
 
Dante has all of his stuff from 1 & 3. Donte has all his stuff too.

To be honest, I think allowing Dante MDT but he'd start off in base form would make this fight more fair, since then at least both sides would have the ability to quickly finish the other.
 
well this is maybe not the place to ask this but is donte realy 7b i mean the prove that he is 7b is because he can defeat virgin and to prove virgin is city level " he can summon thunderstorm" which is questionable because he doesnt use that to attack donte its more like a background to me and the other prove virgil is city level is the explosion which is fine if someone actually calculate the explosion but the scene happen in virgin downfall it doesnt prove donte is city level
 
where the only calc that i find is the movement speed and again summoning thunderstorm doesnt make you on city level while for the explosion i agree if it has been calc but that happens after donte beat virgin so it doesnt prove donte on city level and I check mondus profile and check what makes him a city buster is him dragging donte into limbo? everytime donte got dragged into limbo the city looks kinda destroyed so it doesnt count and in the fight he only show power enough to destroy large or multiple large building well maybe even block
 
ah i see its the calc about the thunder but is it something that vergil really summon or just some random background just to make it cool to see? because it doesnt do any damage around the area and nothing actually said or prove vergil is the one who summon it
 
Considering how twice Devil Trigger summoned a weather alteration on both of Vergil's boss battles... Not to mention Dante's devil trigger seems to alter the sky with clouds.... I'd say it's pretty consistent, considering demons could alter the area around them.

does it? i dont remember donte devil trigger change anything except making everything looks white. well im not realy buying it even if its happen on both virgin and hollow virgin fight except the creator said something different even devil trigger page only said hp regen,armor and damge up. well gonna watch where this fight going for now
 
It's the same reasoning for why Angel Glide was once considered Supersonic before it got buffed due to the fact that when it's used glass would shatter in cutscenes. Despite not being labelled on the wiki or game.

Same reason why calcs makes sense for the most part.
 
well every people got its own way of thinking im okay with most of the reasoning but in case like weather change its more like cliche that has been done in movie or anime when the 2 strongest character fight the weather suddenly changes ussually its raining i guess thunderstorm is new if you gonna count that as feat im fine to get along with that but still im still not convinced
 
Fair enough, though there is still the massive explosion Vergil unleashes which honestly should be stronger than anything related to the thunderstorms. So it's a baseline if anything
 
I heard from ShrekAlmighty that explosion feats in general are sorta a lackluster. They might have a huge scale but the results are generally not as impressive. And if I recall Vergil himself has some moves related to electricity in one way or another.
 
yeah i have no problem virgil explosion might be city buster but we are talking about donte the explosion happens after the fight between both of them. dont remember him having electricty move. btw does dante have access to style in this fight?
 
Huh, didn't know that. Thanks Rebuble. I guess it depends on if it's a disintegration feat or not. But that particular explosion did look like it dwarf mountains. Which moves are electric again? Guessing downfall?


The fight blast happened after their fight, but is quite similar to how Dante unlocks Devil Trigger's full potential.
 
i dont remember donte makes some explosion the first time he unlock devil trigger he just suddenly floats and everything turn white? i forgot
 
Dante will have all his stuff from DMC 1 and 3, so ye, styles are available. I'm thinking of also allowing him his Sparda Devil Trigger, but he'll still be in base form and still have to activate it.

Okay, ignoring Sparda Devil Trigger right now, DmC Donte is High 7-A, and DMC1 Dante is 7-A... sooo... dunno why you're saying DmC Donte gets 1 shotted, unless it's because of Sparda Devil Trigger.

This generally just isn't a good match.

Either DmC Dante one shots or DMC Dante does the one thing he absolutely would never do in character and one shots.
