I don't think a thread is necessary but I'm gonna do one.
The Unknown with Cronokinesis should be removed from Danny's Tier and AP as it isn't suppose to be there. Undergrowth covering the town in plant life and Danny defeating him with the help of his Ice Powers doesn't warrant an Unknown rating as ice is Undergrowth's weaknesses and it's not like Danny covered the entire town in ice in one shot.
