Well, there's Modify, Conceptual EE via Divine Ki, Toon Force, Matter Manip, NPI, Curse Manip, Willpower Manip, and Trickster Defense.

Could you explain what all of those do?

Modify: This ability is able to give Damus Knowledge on an opponent's powers, as well as modify and change the powers, resistances, and weaknesses of Damus or his opponents. He can reverse, rewrite, alter, negate, fluctuate, augment, overload, create, and develop abilities for himself and others around him. The only limitations of this ability are the strength, complexity, effectiveness, and manner of the powers he's trying to Modify. Also, this ability doesn't effect powers that are Outerversal or High Hyperversal.

Genshi: Genshi is a certain form of foreign energy that surrounds the multiverse, which only few can manipulate and even fewer can master. Users of Genshi can manipulate sub atomic matter, light, reality, Darkness, and Existence Erasure to a certain extent, and it also grants it's user an unique ability. Genshi can also shield users from Power Nullification and Absorption unless the opponent can directly manipulate the energy itself.

Ki/Chi: Ki/Chi is the life energy of every living thing. It can be used for energy barriers, increase one's stats, increase durability by a massive margin, fire energy blasts, adapt to any battlefield, sense the location and presence of ki sources, channeling ki, and Create Pressure. With Divine Ki, he can Erase Ki and Concepts, erasing the life force or Concept of an opponent.

Curse Manipulation: Lycanthropes can use biological curses.

Toon Force: Basically gives him an OP version of Pinkie Pie's Toon Force from MLP

Trickster Defense: Duplication

Non-Physical Interaction: Thanks to his Xaran side, he interacts and hit opponents who are Intangible, Non-Corporeal, Abstract, or even on a higher dimensional plane of existence.

Willpower: Willpower is one of the most powerful abilities in 2099:Zenith/Rebooted. The more powerful your Willpower is, the more resistant you are to certain abilities. Those with incredible levels of willpower have powers like Willpower Manipulation, Order Manipulation (Type 3), and resistance to Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2)

All all normal Hax in 2099:Rebooted is 2-C to 2-A, with the exception of Rank Z Genshi Abilities such as Damus' Modify, which Varies On the powers he's trying to modify.

Could you explain what he's been shown to Modify?

He turned Alana's 2-C Miracle Manip into a Low 1-C ability. He turned an Eldricth Being's 10-D reality warping into a 0D ability.

So off the bat, just about any hax below Tier 1 is getting resisted. Does Damus have an AP value and how good is his time resistance?

What's the Possibly 2-A justification? Time Manip is kinda 4-D by default.

I said possibly because once Bolt stopped time throughout the multiverse, which has infinite infinitely sized 4-D universes, with infinite pocket dimensions

A bit doubtful that can beat the Boon of Time's conceptual fuckery literally melding The Consortium with reality down to the fundamental, Aria-level concept to it.

What abilities does he have against dying?

2-A Death and Fate Manip, 2-C Soul, Mind, and Body resist, 2-A concept and EE resist, and 2-C physics resist

No abilities against being stabbed. Got it.

So... Valev time stops and stabs him, probably.

Once the opponent is weakened bodily, Valev soul rips and calls it a day.

And how strong is that? Cause I'm thinking Low 1-C and Damus won't resist any Soul Manip On that level until the end of the Series.

Valev's Aria is really, really high into 4-D.

Oh, really? Well, Damus' is like Either 2-C or 2-A, but since this is Prologue Arc/Legends Arc Damus, he's Probably on the lower end.

So yea, I guess V time stops and stabs or smth. I dunno if Damus really has anything to win with.

Modify probably can't scuff Valev's abilities and EE gets resisted.

Resists power null/affecting/reading on a good 'ol 4-D level, or possibly way ******* higher depending on how deep he's trying to destroy it.

He turned a 10-D power into 0-D
