Kept ducking and weveing out of Homelander's heat vision and shot a beam from his fingers to temporarily seal Soldier Boy in crystal forcing him to blow himself up to free himself

Blocked both Soldier Boy and Homelander's punches from both sides of himself and shoot plasma from his forearms to blast them back

As for skill even as a 90 pound human level Supe via sheer skill alone he put belt to ass on Human one armed Homelander despite Homelander being taller then him and being lean. He is skilled enough where a raw power gap isn't enough to beat him
