He's kinda like Goku, always wanting an even match. Also, he's a expert in Ninjutsu, Karate, and Wolf style Kung Fu.

But Lycan Form Damus is far more savage and Bloodlusted.

By bloodlusted, do you mean vs debate style bloodlusted, where he'll go for what he thinks will let him win, or real bloodlusted where he's consumed by anger and can't think straight?

If it's the latter, what sort of techniques does he use?

Kinda Both, mostly the actual Bloodlust part. I mean, he already has passive Chaos and Madness Manipulation, plus he's just gonna start shooting black holes and void Blasts out of his mouth.

Uh....This is just Lycan form Damus. And if this was human form, he would try to get in close range.

I think this is probably a stomp, Wukong has no way around the acausality, and can't escape a black hole, so he has no win condition and would get one shot.
