So like most Sans threads, he wins due to soul manipulation or something like that.

Since they have no knowledge about each other's powers, it is very likely that Dabura will use stone spit first to get rid of Sans while the latter might not dodge successfully since speed is equalized.

It's the opposite actually, since Speed Equalized would help Sans in this fight and he could just spawn bones to block stone spit.

While Dabura can destroy bones with ki blasts and look for an opportunity to use stone spit.

Sans could easily dodge stone spit and then hit him from every direction with soul destroying attacks.

Sans attacks don't dissapear when they hit something like others attacks in the game.
