Notable Attacks/Techniques:

• Beam Ray: Cymbal fires energy waves that look like bolts of electricity. Aside from the initial charge-up time (which takes several seconds) he can rapid-fire this attack multiple times.

However, what he actually shoots are blatantly called lightning and even directly separated from being a ki technique.

"Cymbal can launch attacks by shooting lightning from his hands. It seems to be a technique unique to demons, different from the 'energy-based' techniques used by Goku and the other fighters to perform their attacks." Note that rayos can mean lightning or rays depending on the context, in this case, its lighting as the picture shows.

His ability should be changed, lightning manipulation, with ki manipulation separated. His technique should also be modified to one that says that he actually does shoot lightning.



Secondly, should this be accepted, I believe this calc on yajirobe dodging it should be either useable or someone can redo it.

It needs to be accepted first of this thread passes through, the main bone of contention was if it was lightning or not

If this thread passes then the calc can be redone or they can evaluate that one again

Agreed for the ability, dubious on the feat, just being called "lightning" isn't enough to prove it behaves like a real one, as it's a very common word user to refer to electricity.
