Nemesis Has his standard Rocket Launcher, tentacles,other forms, and Hunting Tactics

Cyberdemon has it's primary weapon and strength and any other things it has

Nemesis Has a Dead Tyrant at his Disposal

Nemesis must wait 7 minutes to change forms

Nemesis can´t bypass the town level durability of Cyberdemon,Cyberdemon easily
