Will just have to wait for Wells or someone from team Flash to say Barry's,Wally's and Jesse speed in this season.Which will probably happen.
Also in fight against Rival,Barry didn't seem all that much faster then him and if he was mach 20+ it would be obvious,since there's no way Rival too is mach 20+ like kid Flash
edit : by end of show i expect that Barry will reach exactly speed of light

From yesterday episode.So again,like i said - Flash's normal speed without external help or amping or device is mach 3-4
