Is there any calculation for how much energy you need to resist when going through orbit? Because flash did this in The Flash: Season Zero here.
There is no such thing as a set energy you need to resist to just be in space or orbit something besides won't clear what we already have calculated for him anyways
So doing reentery from space doesn't requre having to resist any forms of energy i thought the amount of energy released when falling from space can be calculated atleast higher than large building level?

First one won’t give us a significant result, at least I don’t think so.
As far as I know, calculations like this are invalid if they use a calculated speed for the character's speed, but valid if they use a speed specified in the verse.
I’m not sure if we can use Earth’s gravitational binding energy and directly apply it to this case (which would actually be Low 5-B), since Reign’s drilling started making the Earth collapse on itself and would’ve eventually terraformed it.
