Her mind is High 1-B level. She's kind of like SCP 682 in the fact that she's restricted to 3D levels physically though. So like.... yeah....

Also even if we discount that, it's kind of hard to incapacitate someone who has complete and utter body control xD

About BFR, unless there's something not noted on Roy's profile, Iblis can just Portal Create-out of there. And for the reverse, Roy doesn't have anything on his profile that is able to bypass Iblis' sealing/BFR (Sending him to Hell). On the other hand, Iblis also has Hell's Bane which splits you into infinite pieces and casts you across the Infinite Magniverse.

Alright, looking at both pages the Loli Vampire has more going for her, and Roy really doesn't have anything to counter literally being sent to hell. He has never fought anything like that and nor does he have a counter against Hell's Bane.
