Round 2: If he needs to, he can go SSJ1, but that's it.

What he said, base vegeta is far stronger than SSJ3 Gotenks and could be comparable to Red Hair SSG Goku. As Goku absorbed SSG into his base form, and Vegeta is equal to Goku so...

Yeah, this is a stomp. Although Base Vegeta is Solae System, SSG (Red Hair) Goku is Multi-Galaxy Level, so I wouldn't say "comparable"
