Artoria with Rin as Master. Avalon restricted.
Masters can't interfere.

Start 4 kilometers apart.
Both are in-character and know each other's True Name.
Win by death or incap.

Round 2:
Masters are allowed to help.
Avalon is unrestricted.

Saber was considered to be the strongest servant in Fate/Zero besides Gil himself, and that's saying something. Now consider that under Rin she has even higher stats than she had under Kiritsugu. And while we don't know Lancer's stats under Bazett, we can probably use his stats under Kirei, as a base, in which case, Saber is significantly stronger, more durable, has better luck and mana, and has a much better Noble Phantasm. Even under Shirou, her instinct and luck let her avoid Gae Bolg's curse despite being two ranks slower than him.

Honestly, Artoria takes it kind of easily. Saber FTW

Even Saber under Shirou was still stronger than Lancer when he wasn't restricted by the Command Spell. This is shown in their second fight in the Fate route, where Kirei notes that Lancer cannot match Saber.

From the 15th Day of the Fate route:

"Hm. He is doing well, but he cannot match Saber as I expected."

If he has that much difficulty against Saber under Shirou, he definitely loses to Saber under Rin.
