If i want to confirm some abilities even without the verse page creates yet, can i still create it or do i need to create verse page first? (or whatever that usually created first idk).

Abilities ex:
Cm, Ae, Nep, Hde, Reg, Immo, etc.

i'm planning to create a thread, the proposal is ready, but i'm not sure because there is no verse page yet or anything, but i want to make them first to later add it if the verse page is being created, like i mean, is a thread need somethinh like that or i can just make one first?.

Most people use that thread to confirm the abilities before doing a CRT, so do as you wish, in the end the staff will tell you weither your feats fit or not with the website standards.

You should create the verse page but multiple verses have character pages before a verse page so it should be fine.
