Hi In a cross-verse debate, can we use hax linked to an UES? For example, if a character has an Existence Erasure hax via their UES, can this be applied in a cross-verse fight by following the principle of verse equalization?

It depends how it works but generally speaking yes, UES hax work in crossverse. Verse equalization only works when the two systems are similar as well. So if someone can EE cuz they possess spirit energy but can only ee spirit energy and the other character has just magical energy, then no the ee won't.

Let me give an example from Bleach: Aizen can subjugate inferior beings through his reiatsu; any character whose reiatsu is greater than another’s can passively ‘soul crush’ them, and so on. But suppose we’re in Crossverse and we apply the concept that reiryoku = chakra do you think these abilities would be usable

Equalization isn't even needed since soul crush is plain soul hax. Naruto characters have souls so they can be soul crushed. Chakra has nothing to do with it.
