So does being a fundamental creator creating everything out of nothingness something like laws concepts being etc scale anywhere or is it just hax abilities

It depends, if the creator is above its creation, and the concepts are type 1 concepts, would scale depending on the concept

I see their above all of their creations though theirs only 1 part that isnt and thats because it used actual pieces of itself to create these ones I'll get back to you on the type 1 though I have an arguement for it

It depends on context, but generally it is just abilities. However, some models such as Taoism have said nothingness at Tier 0. So you may want to look into that.

Generally just hax and abilities. Could scale to the type of concepts if it includes concept of dimensions, time and space tho.
