Character X creates a continent through the use of a Vulcan which he created in the middle of the future continent. The amount of lava that he created to cover more than hundreds of thousands of kilometers but focused on only 10 thousand kilometers. Then within an area of hundreds of thousands of kilometers, all rocks/earth/debris comes under his control to be used over the focused area of 10 thousand kilometers.

Vibrations can be felt around hundreds of thousands of kilometers.

The time for creating this Continent is stated to be 10 to 15 days.

Another thing to note is that at the end is stated to be far larger than a Continent which is from N to S 20,000km and W to E 30,000km long.

What tier would this feat be? or how it should be treated?

I have a dream speech. Its starts with a Bump.

Let there be a Bump and a Bump it was.

I think you take the size of it, find the volume and mass to then multipy by 0.5 and the time it took to spread it.

The final size of the Continent is "far larger" than the continent which is NS - 20,000km and WE - 30,000km. The time it took to spread was a few seconds.

The time it took to be finished (sculpting/making it be habitable/etc) was 10 to 15 days.

My question is should I calculate the final size of the Continent for TIer or the whole process?

Imo you should put it as 35 thousand KM in all directions and the depth...If you know the depth just put it there and then find the velocity, for example covering that distance in 15 days = 27.00617 m/s

Treat it as a square/rectangle to find the volume and use the given [Continental crust, stone and earth: 2700 Kg/m^3] values to find the mass.

Then:

[Insert mass] times [Insert velocity ^2] times 0.5 =

What

If he created that stuff then it can be taken as GBE, same type of calc we do with planets. If this is just moving fucktons of mass then yeah, KE can be done accounting for time (use 15 days as a low-end).

KE = 0.5m * v^2, for the record.

And how big should it be "far larger"? compared to the current know continent?

I can post the quotes if it helps.

I dunno. That's a hugely subjective statement. I guess at least 2-3x or something would suffice.

Also, he's doing both of them - creating lava beneath the seabed and moving.

Creating a Volcano that summoned lava from depths of the earth beneath the seabed then using it stretching for a 100,000km and its solidificatio and moving the rocks/dirt/etc toward the area where magma formed.

And it's final result being this: "Mr. Leylin, that 'continent' you created is right ahead of us." Bebe pointed towards a distant continent. This continent had been created by Bluefire through relying on his divine earth clone. After having been shaped and sculpted by Bluefire, it was now far larger than even the Yulan continent."

I "calculated" the moving of the rocks but how would the summoning of the lava be taken in?
