It is stated here that Uka Uka, with the masks, can destroy the Earth.

I don't know any context, but if this holds any water, it could lead to 5-B upgrades. I suggest a "Possibly 5-B" to be added onto the profiles for Uka Uka and those who scale?

Does it mention if it would be in a single attack, or if it simply referred to wiping out civilisation?

Only "Destroy the Earth and wiping out all of its inhabitants" is mentioned.

But I think we can interpret it as planet busting, as there is no reason the masks would be stated to destroy the Earth when they actually can't.

I'm thinking a "7-B, possibly 5-B" upgrade since it only comes from a statement, and the only 5-B statement I could find thus far. I prefer somebody else who is knowledgeable on the verse to give input here.

I disagree. The masks were destroying the Earth through natural disasters like Tidal Waves, Earthquakes, Volcanic Eruptions, Storms and an Ice Age.

For what its worth, volcanic eruptions are typically 7-B, Earthquakes can go up to 6-C and causing an Ice Age has been calculated at 6-B if I recall. Could still be an upgrade.

The Crash Bandicoot cast are already 7-B and I believe they meant dominating the world rather than destroying it since that's Uka Uka actually wants to rule the planet hence the plot from Crash 2 and the GBA titles. I believe the profiles are fine the way they are.
