Could Void Manipulation react to Nonexistence Physiology?

Just like the thread's title. I just want to know if Void Manipulation could react to Nonexistence Physiology (The explaination page stated that this ability could control and manipulate void: nothingness or non-existence being).

If it depends on the descriptions then... the character A who could react to the character B which made from the nothingness (doesn't contain by any physical form or concepts). Should this be the void manipulation which could manipulation the Nonexistent Physiology? and if it should. What kind of Nature Type and Aspect of that Nonexistent Physiology?
(I'm really sorry for asking you a lots of questions. I'm just... curious.)

Void Manipulation normally affects Nothingness/Basic Non-Existence, therefor a Character with Void Manipulation can effect NEP Type 1 and at minimum a body made of Non-Existence/Nothingness. If they have proof of being able to interact with stuff like concepts, spirits/sousl, etc, then their Void Manip would likely work on the varying aspects of NEP Type 1 as well outside of just the body.

This would not, however, work on NEP Type 2 or 3 or any aspects of it unless the Void Manipulation shown by a character has evidence of working on things beyond normal levels of Nonexistence.
