Could a lower tier regeneration negation can negate a higher tier's aspect?

Like example you can negate a low godly regen (just the physical body) but if confronted with someone having mid godly regen that can regenerate it's body, soul and mind, can you negate it's body aspect so therefore you win the match? (assuming the character with mid godly regen can't fight without a physical body)
