Lucifer takes this quite handily. Unfortunate for thought robot Lucifer outclasses him versatilty and Brains. They are mostly equal since being 11-D to 12-D beings. Whats really gonna screw over COS is Lucifer's heavy reality warping

SEEEEEE,lucifer morningstar is not really that well explained BUT,see this is how it is,The primal monitor was a like a huge blank canvas,alone and endless,suddenly things start forming within him,so he creates the cosmic armor,the cosmic armor is the encompassment of all that exists and is not the primal monitor,so that means,that even lucifer and micheal exist within and are a part of the cosmic armor,the cosmic armor is what separates the "anomalies" from the primal monitor,it's his last line of defense.And in DC power game he is THE most power being after the primal monitor.And CAS has 4th wall powers,and plot manipulation anyway,he is far stronger than lucifer.

You do know 4th wall breaking and Plot manuplation are all minor powers of reality warping correct. Lucifer has existed outside of the source wall before at the end of the orginal Lucifer comic he went and saw the presence before flying into the onknown beyound the source wall. Not to mention plot manuplation and 4th wall breaking are small versions of reality warping. Lucifer reality warping>>COS plot manuplation. Again to also rebute your statment their both 11-D and maybe 12-D beings in the DC multiverse and both can exit and exist in and out of the source wall. Also he beat mandrake because of PIS on his part and trust me he's gonna have a hell of a long problem fighting Lucifer if he could barely withstand his reality warping.

Again the primal monitor created him to contain ALL that exists within him,he created him to contain the "STORY" that instantaneously appeared within him,So if we consider the Entire DC existence(not just the multiverse) to Be a book,primal monitor is the writer and everyone,including lucifer are characters in that book,while CA is the book itself,except that book possess the ability to rewrite itself.I am making oversimplifications at some point,like the fact that CA actually does not contain the entire multiverse,and a few others.But he is the Plot device of the primal monitor,who can use him to retcon the existence anytime he wants.Also,the source wall is the limit of the Multiverse and not the existence,CA can exist outside of the DC existence,in the pure white of the primal monitor.

Dude you don't know a thing about COS. he was engineered by the Monitors not the primal monitor big difference. He was created to stop the Dark monitor Mandraak. Who was threatening the multiverse. Yet your argument stems on him being created by the author yet he was created by beings who way beneath the author in your words ofc. Yet if you really want to argue hierarchy instead of pure feats even though both beings are on same level of hierarchy. Based on feats and the simple fact both of them exist on the same Dimsional level supes has no way of his Plot manipulation working do Lucifer simply having better feats and showings. Yet also COS plot manipulation and Reconning did jack shit vs mandraak who was on his level.

Oh yeah mandrakk has a profile here notice how he's high 1-C as well and notice his abilities and powers. Very similar to Lucifer and yet the only way for COS to kill mandrakk was to take him beyound the source wall into monnitor space where he faded out of existence. Lucifer can exist beyound the source wall and COS needs a definite way to put him down.
